This is the 6th Kosher Cuisine Radio Show, which does not follow the standard format, but was a live studio interview with Jeremy Porter, then with Seedleaf, a local nonprofit providing community gardens to underserved neighborhoods.

There was no script for this show, just a few questions we agreed upon beforehand a lot of ad lib. The topics covered range from gleaning and the schmitta year, to GMOs, to factory farming, to food security, relocalization via urban food production,and more.

The original broadcasts of these radio shows were in 2015 and 2016. Some bits of the original radio show have been removed from this audio edition so the file fits within Bandcamps size limits. Thanks for listening!
